breakfast of champions

It isn’t everyday that I make breakfast. In fact, those days are few and far between. Yes, it is true that my eating habits leave a lot to be desired.

But when I saw this recipe, I knew it would get in my belly.

It was SO easy and you probably have most things on hand.

To make this deliciousness you will need:
• a pita or any flat bread, I used whole wheat
• an egg
• 1/2 an avocado
• lemon
• sriracha sauce aka heaven
• salt and pepper

You want to toast up your pita, meanwhile start frying up your egg. Mash the avocado onto the warm pita and top with a squeeze of lemon juice and some salt and a zig zag pattern of sriracha sauce. The zig zag pattern is very important. Top with the fried egg and some salt and pepper. Cut or enjoy whole.
