The day has arrived. I made a video tutorial of how I curl my hair. Please, try to contain your excitement. You know what I always say, better late than never.

So, what do you guys think? Want me to do more? Let me know in the comments!

Have a great weekend everyone!

new beauty faves

As much as I love trying new products, I definitely hesitate to when I think I’ve found my favorite of any one thing. That could be a cleanser, a mascara or even lip balm. But a few weeks ago I ventured out of my comfort zone and scored some new great products that I knew I had to share with you.

one // two // three // four

I love High Beam by Benefit, but slowly but surely I’ve been replacing all my cosmetics with natural ones and I love this highlighter by BareMinerals. If you’re planning to use it as I do, a general highlighter, I don’t recommend using the brush for application but using your fingertip.

It was really hard for me to venture out of my current nightly routine, but this face oil by Tarte is the best I’ve tried. It’s amazing. I could not recommend it more. Could not.

Sometimes I’m lazy. Those same times I don’t feel like washing my face and these wipes don’t dry my skin and leave it squeaky clean. I love them .

I’m not a big lipstick gal, but I went out on a limb and picked up this Tarte lip tint and I’m so glad I did. I tried the one by Smashbox but the one by Tarte is so amazing. It’s hydrating and leaves my lips the perfect shade of pink! I also love that it’s more like a lip balm than gloss.

Have you all tried any amazing products lately?

commitment issues

You know those people who keep their hair the same for years at a time and then freak out and demand change whether it be in the form of a cut or color? Well, if you didn’t you “do” now. I am one of those people. I’m itching for some change and I have an appointment this Saturday, so there are a few days still to decide the direction, but the three images below are all still in the running.

Obviously, the three of these are all drastic in their own way. Thick fringe, above the shoulders and a lot lighter. Oddly enough, the light ‘do is the least commitment. What do you think?

my favorite mascara

I consider myself beyond aware that natural mascara is an overall “crap” category. I am also well aware that most natural brands just can’t measure up. That all changed for me a few months ago and I apologize about my tardiness on the issue but better late than never, right?

natural mascaras via http://withach.cp,

Let’s just start on the left shall we? This mascara is one of my favorite go-to’s. It’s perfect for layering or on its own when you’re looking for something natural. It’s a great lash separator. The primer is what I would like to call “god’s gift to the humans” it will make any mascara make your lashes look extra thick and long. Lights, camera, lashes is one of my favorites. It lengthens  and adds volume but not too much. Just the perfect amount. When I want to be dramatic I reach for the Korres. It builds awesome and adds the most amazing volume. I highly recommend this one. Use this with the primer and your lashes will be amazing.

Any questions?
