The day has arrived. I made a video tutorial of how I curl my hair. Please, try to contain your excitement. You know what I always say, better late than never.
hairspray // curling iron // shine cream // top
So, what do you guys think? Want me to do more? Let me know in the comments!
Have a great weekend everyone!
So excited to get my Arrojo hairsprayyyyyyy.
Love it! More please 🙂
this made me happy because a. i am going to implement your technique because i think it was the easiest and best i have seen. I should know how to curl my hair, and i kinda do, but i liked your way. b. now i know you are normal in person. so we can continue to build a friendship now. thank goodness.
Day. Freakin. Made.
you are so damn cute!!! Thats the way I do it too, but you look cuter doing it!
awesome! If only I had the patience to do that everyday. I haven’t even managed to replace my blowdryer since it died on me 2 months ago.
I never do hairspray first but am going to try!
You are so cute…loved the little video. Definitely going to try this out 🙂
Could NOT have made this at a better time. I am going to try this SO hard tonight.
1. you have gorgeous hair
2. i’ve tried video taping my curls how-to multiple timesso i can post it on the blog and i look like a dweeb every time and NEVER post them- please tell me your secrets to not sounding like a total idiot.
3. totally going to try your technique to see how it ends up looking on my hair!
Great tutorial! I am loving how your hair turned out!
I loved it. You look great Christin!!!!!!! I was just excited to see you live. It’s been so long. You seem like you are doing great, I’m so glad to see that. Your blog is great. I really enjoy it. Keep it up.
Love it. I never do hairspray first but I might try that little trick out this weekend. 🙂
Love tutorials! I feel like I’ve done my hair the same exact way since…well pretty much forever. Great video!
keeping this post unread till monday so i can watch and practice on my first day without a job! 🙂 so fun!
I’m so glad you did this–you’re the cutest, and you always have the best hair, so I was really curious about your strategy in tackling it. I have a video of my method I plan on putting up, and this made me so much less nervous, so thank you!
your hair (and eyebrows) look great!
Miss you! Loved the video! 🙂
Gorg! Loving your technique — I’ll try it tomorrow and hope that it works on my massively humungo and curly hair. Thanks for the tutorial!
Great tutorial! The problem I have with curling irons is the “kink” you get from the curling iron clasp (is that the word?). Do you think that’s a problem with the curling iron or my hair? I’m definitely going to try this!
Loved this, Christin! Thanks for putting it together. I’m sure videos are a bit of pain, but they’re so helpful.
I wish my hair worked that good with a curling iron!! I have curly REALLY curly hair so I have to straighten my hair first then try it! It always is such a mess! I have to try how you do it though…I usually put all the section of my hair into the curling iron and not in stages like you do. Maybe if I do it stages it’ll be easier!!
Loving your blog, great tutorial!
love this! thanks for the tips. xo
This makes me so happy. THANK YOU!
Okay, you are just the cutest! I feel like I “know you” now that I’ve heard your voice lol. Our hair process looks pretty similar… except I must have way more hair than you because I have to definitely split it into sections.
More videos please!
I’ve been hoping you’d do this!! I love your hair. I can’t wait to try this at home!
Also – love your map background. 🙂
I may have to try this today! I’m currently on my non-wash day and this sounds a whole lot easier than how I normally curl my hair!
Ok now that I “see” you and hear you, I love you even more! I’ve been thinking of getting a curling iron, but after watching that video of that girl getting her hair burnt I got really scared, so this comes in in perfect timing! thanks so much!
Tried this today, and even though my hair is too short for more than one twist, it worked so much better than my normal procedure! Much more volume where I need it.
